About Tour Navegación Lago Grey + Traslado grupal
Early in the morning, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation in Puerto Natales to begin our 2-hour journey northwest through the Última Esperanza Province toward the beautiful Grey Lake, located in Torres del Paine National Park.
We’ll visit one of Patagonia’s most famous glaciers — the Grey Glacier. The navigation circuit lasts approximately three hours, sailing among massive drifting icebergs, with the majestic Paine mountain range as a stunning backdrop.
While enjoying a pisco sour with glacier ice, we’ll sail right up to the front wall of the glacier, where you’ll witness incredible ice calvings and admire the vast Southern Patagonian Ice Field, the third-largest freshwater reserve on the planet.
After the navigation, our transfer will be waiting to take you back to Puerto Natales.

Muy buena la experiencia. Joaquín y el otro anfitrión (que lamentablemente se me olvidó su nombre) se portaron increíble. Iba con mi marido sumamente enfermo, vomitando y con fiebre durante todo el trayecto y se nos acercaban amablemente a ofrecernos bolsas e incluso nos regalaron una bebida isotónica.
Pero por otro lado, la chica del bar, lamentablemente dejó mucho que desear. Yo entiendo que es un servicio que uno tiene que pagar, pero como no se puede hacer una excepción por una persona que viene ardiendo en fiebre y vomitando las dos horas de camino.
Íbamos a pedirle agua, por lo deshidratado que estaba diciéndole que estaba enfermo, incluso se veía mal y ella después de unos tres vasos le negó el agua diciéndole que «no quedaba», tuve que ir yo a pedirle y mágicamente quedaba pero sólo me dio uno.
Cuando estábamos desembarcando Joaquín, nos preguntó cómo estábamos. Le conté que seguía mal, y él como recomendación nos dijo que siempre anduviéramos con una botella de agua (la cual se nos quedó en el bus) a lo que la chica del bar se ríe y hace una cara burlesca por lo que me dio mucha rabia, y la increpé diciéndole que viene vomitando durante todo el camino que por eso le estábamos pidiendo agua, así que no era para reírse y ella con una sonrisa sarcástica se dio vuelta y me dijo «ah ya».
Una falta de empatía tremenda por una situación en la que asumo sabe que nadie quisiera estar ni menos inventar. Lástima que teniendo una tripulación tan preocupada, se manche por gente como ella.
