We’ll head to Tierra del Fuego National Park, located about 12 kilometers from Ushuaia, until we reach the End of the World Train Station (Ferrocarril Austral Fueguino) — a historic site where prisoners from the former Ushuaia penitentiary once worked. After visiting the facilities, those who wish may take the one-hour train ride, following the original route of the old prison train to the site of the former Lombardich sawmill, while enjoying scenic views and commentary about the area. At the end of the ride, passengers will rejoin the group to continue the tour inside Tierra del Fuego National Park. Meanwhile, those who choose to remain on the bus tour with the guide will enter the park directly, where the whole group will later meet to visit landmarks such as Lake Acigami (formerly Lake Roca) and Lapataia Bay. Along the way, we’ll take short walks and enjoy the rich flora and fauna of the southernmost national park in Argentina.
