The Isla Magdalena Tour offers the opportunity to visit a unique ecosystem. While direct interaction is not permitted, the disembarkation on Isla Magdalena allows for an unforgettable experience walking among these charming penguins and other seabirds, surrounded by the stunning southern Patagonian landscape. During the navigation, it’s also possible to spot Peale’s dolphins and Commerson’s dolphins. At 1:00 p.m., check-in will take place at the boarding dock. A private transfer will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Natales at 10:00 a.m. and take you to the port. The activity lasts approximately 3.5 hours. Afterward, we’ll return to Puerto Natales, arriving at your accommodation around 9:30 p.m. Description – Departure from Punta Arenas An unforgettable experience — Isla Magdalena allows you to walk among one of the largest Magellanic penguin colonies, exceeding 150,000 individuals. During the navigation, it’s also possible to observe Peale’s dolphins and Commerson’s dolphins. Pick-up will take place between 6:45 and 7:45 a.m. or 1:15 and 2:15 p.m., with departure at 8:00 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. The navigation lasts approximately 3.5 hours. After returning to the dock at 12:00 p.m. or 6:30 p.m., you’ll be transferred directly back to your accommodation.
