About Trekking Mirador Glaciar Grey

Departing from Puerto Natales with our private transfer, we’ll arrive at Torres del Paine National Park around 8:30 a.m. At 9:00 a.m., we’ll board a catamaran that will take us across the stunning Pehoé Lake to its opposite shore. This 30–40 minute navigation offers one of the most spectacular photo opportunities of the Paine mountain range. Once on land, we’ll begin our trekking adventure, entering a deep valley at the base of Mount Paine Grande, heading west. After about 45 minutes, we’ll reach the beautiful Laguna de los Patos. Continuing along the trail, we’ll walk through a dense native forest, where we’ll start spotting floating icebergs from the icy Grey Lake — a clear sign that the Grey Glacier is near. Just a few meters further, we’ll come face-to-face with the impressive ice tongue and reach the viewpoint, from which we can admire one of the most beautiful glaciers in Patagonia, framed by its unique landscape of mountains and forests. After returning along the same trail and crossing the lake again by catamaran, our transfer will be waiting to take us comfortably back to Puerto Natales.
