The Park of the Strait is located about one hour from Punta Arenas. Our first stop will be the geographical landmark that marks the midpoint of Chile. We’ll then continue our journey to the historic Fort Bulnes. Upon arrival, we’ll visit the Visitor Center, which features an exhibition showcasing the natural and human history of the Strait of Magellan. A 40-minute easy walk will take us through a series of viewpoints and stops, including Fort Bulnes, Brunswick Viewpoint, Tierra del Fuego Viewpoint, Strait Viewpoint, Coastal Trail, Sarmiento Viewpoint, and San Juan Viewpoint. To conclude, we’ll enjoy a panoramic view of Puerto del Hambre (Port Famine) from a scenic terrace — a perfect spot to appreciate the landscapes and history of this remarkable southern region.
