Pol\u00edtica de Cancelaci\u00f3n y Reembolso \/ Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Cancelaciones \/ Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Las cancelaciones de reservas deben realizarse con al menos 48 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong> respecto a la fecha del servicio para recibir un reembolso completo<\/strong>, sin cargos asociados.
Cancelaciones realizadas con hasta 24 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong> estar\u00e1n sujetas a un cargo del 50%<\/strong> del valor total del servicio.
Cancelaciones efectuadas con menos de 24 horas<\/strong> previas al inicio del servicio no ser\u00e1n reembolsadas<\/strong> y se cobrar\u00e1 el 100% del valor total<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The cancellation of our services must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of the booking to receive a full refund, with no associated charges.<\/strong>
Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the service will be charged 50% of the total value.<\/strong>
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will not be refunded and 100% of the total amount will be charged.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Reembolsos \/ Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n

En caso de que las navegaciones o excursiones<\/strong> sean suspendidas por condiciones clim\u00e1ticas adversas<\/strong> o causas de fuerza mayor ajenas a la empresa, se realizar\u00e1 el reembolso del 100% del valor correspondiente a dichas actividades<\/strong>.
Sin embargo, el servicio de transporte<\/strong> no se encuentra sujeto a reembolso, incluso si la actividad principal es cancelada.<\/p>\n

In the event that navigations or excursions are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure beyond the company\u2019s control, a 100% refund of the value corresponding to those activities will be issued.<\/strong>
However, transportation services are not subject to refunds, even if the main activity is cancelled.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Modificaciones \/ Modifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

La empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar o reprogramar los servicios<\/strong> en caso de condiciones clim\u00e1ticas, cierres de caminos u otras circunstancias fuera de nuestro control. En tales casos, se ofrecer\u00e1 una reprogramaci\u00f3n sin costo adicional<\/strong> o el reembolso correspondiente<\/strong>, seg\u00fan disponibilidad y preferencia del cliente.<\/p>\n

The company reserves the right to modify or reschedule services in case of weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a rescheduling at no additional cost or a corresponding refund will be offered, depending on availability and the client\u2019s preference.<\/strong><\/p>\n
