Welcome to the most southern Region of Chile! Once you arrive at the airport, depending on the time of your flight a regular bus of passengers, will pass for you and will take you to the beautiful city of Puerto Natales, through the beautiful Patagonian Landscapes. After 2.30 to 3 hours, you will arrive to Puerto Natales, where a private transfer will be waiting and will take you to your Hotel.

Description:
At 07:30 you will be picked up at the place you are staying in Puerto Natales to begin our journey to the north of the Province of Last Hope. We will pass through Cerro Castillo, a rural settlement located in the middle of the Patagonian pampa and border with the country Argentina. From here we will continue crossing the Magallanic steppe, until we get to great mountains towards the west. We will travel the reserve from north to south, stopping in beautiful viewpoints like Sarmiento Lake, Amarga lagoon, Nordenskjold Lake, Pehoe Lake, making small walks to the viewpoints Salto Grande and Grey Lake beach. At all times sighting the Patagonian flora and fauna at the right bottom of the famous Paine Mountain.
Leaving the park we will visit another of the most important protected areas of the Region, the Natural Monument Milodon Cave. We will see the main room that has important archaeological and paleontological information of Patagonia. We will enter the great cave that gives the reserve the name and we will finally return to Puerto Natales around 18:30pm.

Description:
Full day excursion departing from Puerto Natales at 07:00 am and returning around 22:00 hrs. After crossing the Chilean and Argentinian borders in Cerro Castillo and Cancha Carrera, the route crosses the immensity of the Patagonian steppe in Argentina, to get to the city of Calafate, about 270kms north of Puerto Natales. During the trip you can see local wildlife species such as guanacos, ñandues and also appreciate the Lake Argentina and the Santa Cruz River on its way to the Atlantic Ocean.
From here there are 45 minutes to 1 hour to enter The Glaciers National Park, with its main attraction, the Perito Moreno Glacier. This offers a spectacle of images and sounds, the lightly icefalls occur permanently, so it is very possible to witness this particular phenomenon of nature. The uniqueness of the glacier is not only cause of its 30 km long and its easy access, but also it is one of the few there are that is advancing , while most of the worlds glaciers are going backwards. The walkways, balconies and viewpoints installed in the National Park allow approaching the Perito Moreno without danger, even to elderly or with some physical disability.
After two hours in the National Park, the tour concludes with the return to Puerto Natales by the same route.
 Observations:
It is possible to take the navigation in the lake to approach the Perito Moreno Glacier. This is contracted directly in the National Park and its coordinated with the local guide who gets on in El Calafate.
The entrance to the National Park is paid in Argentine pesos. It is recommended to exchange money in Puerto Natales, where the cost is lower than in Argentina

After 4 incredible days in Patagonia, according to the schedule of your flight back, we will coordinate your transfer to the bus station of Puerto Natales, to take your bus that will take you to the airport in Punta Arenas.
