Terms And Conditions
All reservations of products and/or services offered by Tourism Onteaiken Patagonia Spa, must be made unique and exclusively via email, must pay 25% of the total, when the service is scheduled with a term more than 30 days. The payment of the remaining balance must be paid up to 15 days before date.
When the reservation is requested for products and/or services to be operated within 30 days, 100% of this must be paid.
Phone calls and messages via whatsapp will be used only for questions. Do not use in any case for reservations.
A reservation will be confirmed when the 25% of payment is been done.

From Chile:
- Electronic bank payment
- Bank deposit
- Cash (in office)
- Credit card / debit (in office)
From foreigners:
- Pay Pal
- Bank deposit
CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS
Any reservation that is annulled with 30 days in advance will be refunded in 100%. (direct service reservations – any external service that does not apply a refund will not be considered in this return).
Any reservation that is annulled with less than 30 days in advance will not be reimbursed.
Tourism Onteaiken Patagonia Spa, will not be responsible for compensation or return in case of biggest issues that escape from control of the company, such as:
- Weather condition
- Natural disasters
- Social events (protests, wars, strikes).
- Losts, cancellations and flights modifications.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Tourism Onteaiken Patagonia Spa, recommends all its customers to acquire travel insurance that will keep you covered before any eventuality which you can be involved in an accident or similar.
Tourism Onteaiken Patagonia Spa, will not assume any financial liability and legal of accidents caused by the same person or third people.
LOSES AND/OR ROBERIES.
