Dorotea Hill Horseback Riding

This ride goes up to the summit of Dorotea which is the mountain that overlooks Puerto Natales. Serving as a natural frontier between Chile and Argentina this mountain has great views of all the surrounding area, in particular the town of Puerto Natales, the Gulf of Almirante Montt, the Fjord of Última Esperanza and ranges.

This 3-hour ride, which is guided by a local gaucho, goes from the foothills up to the summit and back passing through forests and meadows.

The physical level that is required, as well as the experience of the rider, is of low or low-medium. The Patagonian horses are well used to these types of rides. Adán Paredes has horses that are suitable for all types of riders, from beginners or children, up to the most experienced.
