Horseback Riding Estancia Lago Pinto

Tours > Cabalgatas

During the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, Patagonia belonged to a cattle society called Operadora Tierra del Fuego.

Estancia Lago Pinto was a checkpoint of this great company that owns the Patagonian Lands. In the early 80's Don Pedro Pivcevic Mimica acquires the estancia. At the end of the 90 his son Ivan Pivcevic Pavlovic takes the reins of the place. Today the stay is led by Pedro Pivcevic Jara son of Ivan, third generation in the field.

Pedro lives in the estancia with his wife Kaley Businger and his offspring Petar Pivcevic (4th generation) leading a typical and traditional life. Today they open the doors of their house so they can know all the customs and the country life in Patagonia.
